DAYTIME PLAYTIME PARTY

AVAILABLE MONDAY – FRIDAY ONLY

NOT AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS

PARTY TAKES PLACE DURING OPEN PLAY, WITH OPEN PLAY CUSTOMERS

THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE PARTY

Party Time:  1:30pm – 3:00pm

$150 - Up to 8 children

Additional children are $12 each, up to a maximum of 16 children.

Total number of people with the party (children, siblings and adults) cannot exceed 25 people.

Any child associated with your party group that is aged 6 and under will be counted as a “party guest” and charged accordingly.  The only exceptions are infants that will be secured in a sling or car seat for a majority of your party time.  Anyone aged 7 and over is considered an “adult” and will not be included in the party guest count, nor will they be provided a party place setting.  They WILL count towards your total number of people with your party group.

YOUR DAYTIME PLAYTIME PARTY INCLUDES:

• 90 minutes of Open Play at Chibis, with use of the Private Party Room during your visit (included in your 90 minutes)
• Party place settings for all party guests (6 and under)
• One juice box per party guest (6 and under)  – additional juice boxes available to purchase for 50¢ each.
• One latex balloon for each party guest (6 and under)
• One mylar Birthday balloon for the birthday child
• One “free return pass” for the birthday child
• Additional plates and forks for sharing cake with adult guests

YOU MAY BRING:

• Cake or cupcakes

We also have a large plastic knife for cake-cutting, a lighter and candles in case you forget!

Additional children are $12 each, up to a maximum of 16 children.  Total number of people with the party (children, siblings and adults) cannot exceed 25 people.  Any child associated with your party group that is 6 and under will be counted as a “guest” and charged $12 each.  The only exceptions are infants that will be secured in a sling or car seat for a majority of your party time.  Anyone aged 7 and over is considered an “adult” and will not be included in the guest count, but they will count towards your total number of people with your party.  3) Includes: 90 minutes of Open Play at Chibis, during regular Open Play hours, with use of the party room during your visit (included in your 90 minutes); Party place settings for all guests; One juice box per child – additional juice boxes available to purchase for 50¢ each; One latex balloon for each guest; One Mylar Birthday balloon and one “free return pass” for the birthday child.  4) You may bring: Cake/cupcakes - NO OTHER FOOD IS ALLOWED;  For health and safety reasons, we require that all cake and beverages remain and be consumed in the Party Room.  5) A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a Daytime Playtime Party date/time.  Final minimum base price of party (not less than $150) will be set when final total guest count is given (1) day prior to party.  On the day of the party, if guest count exceeds the previously set guest count, customer will be charged accordingly to cover the additional guests as stated in the party price breakdown.  No refunds will be given if guest count on the day of the party is less than final set guest count.

CHIBIS PRIVATE PARTY

All Private Parties are based on the total number of guests. The total guest count includes ADULTS AND CHILDREN.

Chibis Private Parties are available Monday - Friday from 6:00pm - 8:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 5:00pm - 7:00pm.

YOUR CHIBIS PRIVATE PARTY INCLUDES:

• 2 hours of truly private party time .  You have Chibis exclusively to yourself, with two party helpers to set up and clean up - you just show up and have fun!

• Beverages for all of your guests (adults & children): Juice boxes at each party place setting, plus Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, water, coffee, tea & hot chocolate available throughout the party

• Quality paper & plastic products for all of your guests (plates, cups, cutlery & napkins), with brightly colored place settings for the kids' party tables

• One helium filled latex balloon for each child

• For birthday parties, the birthday child gets a special Mylar birthday balloon and a FREE Birthday return pass

At Chibis, we take a slightly different approach to private  parties.  We have structured our private party options to reflect the total number of guests planning to attend, including adults and children (the way RSVPs are requested for weddings and holiday parties).  Family celebrations, birthdays, a casual gathering of friends and neighbors - any reason you can think of is the perfect reason to have a Chibis Private Party!  Host an unforgettable party or split the cost among friends and have a fantastic celebration!

All Chibis Private Parties take place after our regular Open Play hours, so we guarantee a completely private party for you and your guests.  It is your private time in the playground, so the age limit of six and under does not apply.  Invite siblings, cousins and neighbors of any age.  All of the kids can play while the adults socialize.

PIZZA FOR YOUR PRIVATE PARTY!

We can provide excellent pizza for your Private Party from Pomodoro’s.  If you do not wish for us to provide pizza, you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring cold fruit/veggie platters and chips with cold dips for your adult guests if you wish.  In order to maintain Chibis high standard of cleanliness, we must ask that you refrain from bringing in any other food besides pizza, cake/cupcakes, cold fruit/veggie platters, chips and cold dips, unless previously approved.

Private Parties: 1) For health and safety reasons, we require that all food and beverage remain and be consumed in the Snack Bar Seating Area and/or the Party Room.  2) The “6 and under” rules that we enforce during Open Play are suspended during Parties.  Our climbing structure is built for children of all ages and adults, so your entire party may play.  We will help enforce the “3 and under” rules in the Infant Playground if you wish.  3) Before the party commences, the party host will be required to sign a Party Waiver and Rules Agreement.  4) A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a private party date.  Final minimum base price of party (not less than $430) will be set when final total guest count is given 7 days prior to party.  On the day of the party, if guest count exceeds the previously set guest count, customer will be charged accordingly to cover the additional guests as stated in the party price breakdown.  No refunds will be given if guest count on the day of the party is less than final set guest count.
